Once again this is related to the above answer, i had been shielding from covid 19 and when i dropped my car there was no apology and i had to walk back 2.7 miles who suffers from heart condition , I did no expect this from BMW.

I had booked a small automatic loan car but as no small car was available, only BMW 4 series was available, the post sales advisor, forgot his name, said if we wait he would see the car get serviced within an hour. This suited us.
