The repair was fine and four star. However, the phones are taking very long to be answered. On all occasions, I was holding between 2 to 5 minutes. This is not helpful at all. Need to provide quick answer to phone calls.

Told vehicle not booked even though I have the email? Tyre tread issue, claimed 2mm rear ns, video showed over 3mm on rear ns?

Somehow the staff always get my package deal wrong & often ask me to pay for services which I shouldn't be paying for.

My rating is based on the recall, which was very satisfactory. The only criticism was valet service, in which they only vacuumed the inside of the car. Didn't wash the car, although it was clearly dusty when I got home.

I general it has been good. During last few visits I have been requesting for a call back to discuss monthly service plans but no response. Even in this visit I have requested for a call back on at least 3 different occasions but no response yet.

The service manger is perfect. I have to say a big thank you to advisor Atif Hussain, he is so responsible of taking care of my car. He did what he promised and followed up every situations and issue, explained to me clearly and in details.

Unlike some garages, the MOT was done honestly and without making up some false needs for repairs. Besides, the car was washed too which was very helpful.

The car went in on the 20th Feb 2024, all faults were identified on the same day, except one which to this day has not been identified, although the rear tray is damaged because of it. I got the car back 9 days later.

Car and app still showed service needed to be done and that no work had been carried out when I picked it up. I had to go back the next day to get the car computer altered. Wasted time.

I've been taking my BMWs to Ruislip for many years now . I've been kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle during servicing and/or repairs. The staff is responsive and courteous and Atif, Chris and a few others have managed my car well.

Good service, dropped car off, picked car up, not sure why they wont accept AMEX for payment. Dealer was also trying to upsell on consumables, pads and tyres when both were above the legal limit, apart from that AMEX my only real gripe

Poor communication and completely oblivious to the fact I was waiting at the center while the MOT/Service took place. I received no video overview of the procedure (this is normally provided) as I suspect the video time stamp would tell all.
